Erin Mitchell is the Director of Product Manager overseeing PropertyPhotos.com, developing new and innovative ways to manage, protect, and create digital content that engages and informs prospect residence. Erin joined RealPage in 2012, building photography products and services from the ground up. In this role she established a network of hundreds of professional photographers, trained and established guidelines for ensuring high quality, consistent imagery, and worked with clients to better understand their content needs. Early in her career, she owned and operated a start-up photography business in the San Francisco bay area.
Lindsay Brown
Vice President of Leasing, Campus AdvantageLindsay Brown joined Campus Advantage in 2017 as Vice President of Leasing, where she oversees the Leasing Department as well as all leasing activity across the Campus Advantage property portfolio. She brings more than 14 years of marketing and leasing experience in the student housing industry.
Prior to joining Campus Advantage, Lindsay served as Director of Marketing at Asset Campus Housing, where she was responsible for creating and implementing all marketing initiatives for more than 210 properties and more than 112,000 beds across the United States. Her experience includes large-scale implementation of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of properties; developing training in customer service, leasing, and resident retention; and finding solutions to increase traffic to communities.
Lindsay received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
Margie Allmon
Director of Content Services, RealPage, Inc.Margie Allmon is RealPage’s Director of Content Services. She spent the majority of her career as a Vice President with an apartment rental ILS provider and joined RealPage in 2019. Margie has been in the multifamily housing industry for over 20 years and is an expert in all things content related for apartment marketing and advertising.
